    Half way through reading this book I nearly gave up as I was having nightmares. A dog is haunting children until it can find a way to be put to rest in a proper grave. The worst part was the dog actually scaring someone to death but amazingly the ghost dog befriends Daniel and I was able to finish the book/5.   Ghost and Ragman Roll is Book 4 in the bestselling Kind Hearts and Martinets crime series, featuring the eponymous Portsmouth detective DCI Jack (Jane) Austin.
